I currently own a bunch of Mikrotik Products to support my Home/Office network and the network itself seems to be working fine.
- RB450G NAT Gateway
- CRS Switch (CAPS Controller)
- RouterBOARD 941-2nD (CAP/Switch)
When i perform a speedtest on my WileyFox Android device (connected to the 941-2nD) i get a speed of 3.13 Mbps down / 9.49 Mbps up http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/a/3455673476
I also connected a UniFi AP to port 4 of the 941-2nD. I configured the UniFi to use the same vlan as the 941-2nD for the same SSID.
But now when i perform a speedtest i get the following results 34.80 Mbps down / 30.36 Mbps up http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/a/3455665421
This is quite some performance difference, and i would like to clarify this
