We’re using routerOS 6.26 and we’ve experienced problem when iOS users are trying to connect to the internet. Most of them will be able to connect easily using our access point but the captive portal won’t pop-up and sometimes will get the ‘dismissed’ error prompt when attempting to connect to the access point. We didn’t have this kind of issue with our android users.
We’re running a shop by the way and giving internet access to our customers.
Did anyone experienced the same issue? I would welcome any help. Thank you.
