Mikrotik CCR1036-12G-4S Always Reboot

I have a Mikrotik CCR1036-12G-4S
when in turn always restart / reboot
I have netinstal using v.6.42 the result is still the same.
I have tried to remove memory / RAM, also there has been no change

But when in turn off about 30 minutes, the device works again
after I reboot again, the device will not boot / loading (always reboot/restart)

What can I do.?
