mikrotik chateau lte12 /ip/cloud not working

The IP Cloud option has never worked since new. I test every new version even the current stable 7.1.1 does not work. I then upgraded to testing 7.2rc2 and 7.2rc3 and still not working.
I use the IP Cloud ddns to grant access to my VPN server but with this device I cannot.

Any suggestions anyone?

Always worked in any 7.x release for me. Maybe netinstall the device? Some say this helps with device weirdness.
