mikrotik chateau LTE12 - LTE Module reset

Hello i have problem with mikrotik chateau LTE12 when i let alone and get a band he gets like the attached photos modem reset and LTE interface dissapear for some minutes but if i only choose band b1 it works.. i used the latest RouterOS 7.2.3
and
Lte firmware : EG12EAPAR01A11M4G


Now i downgrade to 7.1.3 and the problem keeps going as you can see on attached photos

please help me..

I try:
Only one band b1 it works without downtime 4 days
Only b3 it drops in some hours
Only b7 it drops in some hours
All bands like attached photo dropped in some hours

i try with on other 4G LTE router TP-Link mr200 one of my friend have and they dont loose the signal and it works without drops…

thanks i am waiting a reply if that is possible.

Hello again i tried the new ROS 7.3 and after 22 hours i get again LTE Reset and the LTE Inferface missing for some seconds at this time..
