mikrotik clock settings display strange character

Hello Everyone,

Last few day i saw strange character in my clock setting and system log file. I cannont change my /system/clock date and time. I also setup sntp for my country sntp server but no result. Even i try to put another countries ntp server but this time the result is same. Can you have any solution?
oh: I have two mikrotik one of x86 with Ros 5.22 (upgraded tonight), one is RB450G 5.21 . Both are displayed invalid or strange character…plz give me a solution.
