MikroTik cloud shows all slots used while no backup is stored

Hello,

I use the cloud backup feature on one RB5009 in order to save each time the latest configuration. Since today it does not allow me to upload any new backups and I get an error message that all slots are used. At the same time I can not see any backup stored on the cloud, either via CLI or WinBox.

[admin@gw] > /system/backup/cloud print detail

[admin@gw] >
[admin@gw] > /system backup cloud upload-file action=create-and-upload name=gw password=mypass123
status: Server error: All slots used. Delete file to free up space.
failure: Server error: All slots used. Delete file to free up space.

I don’t know how it was caused. The only thing changed from my side is that in the last couple of days I started using the latest WinBox for Linux. Until now I was using the windows executable through wine emulator. I also tried to upload it using the Windows client but I get the same error.

Any ideas what can I do in order to remove the ghost backup?

Finally, the cloud backup issue was resolved after rebooting the router.
It wasn’t caused by the MikroTik cloud, but it was caused by the router (ROS 7.17.2).
