Mikrotik connectivity in building that is 60m long

Hi,

I am in the UK and have Hyperoptic with multiple boosters in our building. Our building is about 60m long and the Hyperoptic router creates a WiFi network called “Staff”. We use a Mikrotik router that then creates a “Guest” WiFi so we can capture emails and phone numbers from our guests. Our problem currently is that the “Guest” WiFi doesn’t provide connectivity throughout the entire building and I wanted to know the best way to tackle this issue. The Hyperoptic WiFi boosters only enhance the “Staff” WiFi but not the “Guest” WiFi. Thank you in advance.

Either add accesspoints for the guest network or add accesspoints that replace the boosters as well. In both cases you add accesspoints
The latter makes most sense, depending on your requirements.

Be aware that the guest network (possibly) can currently reach the "other network".

The boosters I referenced earlier for the Staff WiFi are indeed access points. There is an Ethernet cable going from the Hyperoptic router to the hyperoptic access points, however this only boosts the Hyperoptic “Staff” WiFi signal.

Sounds to me more like an Hyperoptic problem ?
Can you use VLAN on that gear ?

If yes, you can setup the complete Guest part as a separate VLAN on Mikrotik router and then make sure those Hyperoptic APs use that VLAN for their Guest network. All across the full 60 meters...
