Mikrotik Crossroads listed as 0.0.0.0 in Winbox

Hi,

I have a small Mikrotik Crossroads
when trying to access through serial, it just displays garbage
and through winbox, winbox just detects a device with the IP “0.0.0.0”

what can be happening?

I tryied to reset it pressing the reset button when turning it on, but it makes no change.

Sounds like it doesn’t have an IP address assigned.

Click on the mac address and click connect. Go in and assign an IP address with the subnet mask (192.168.88.1/24)
