I was planning to buy a few CLoud router switches to implement in a resort (crs 24p with sfp), i will use optical fiber cables to connect the buildings across 1km to pass CCtv, voip, internet and iptv.
In the datacenter i need 3 crs 24p 3x sfp sm and a CCR 36 with 4 sfps, i will connect all the CRS by ethernet to CCR.
I have seen on this forum a few CRS users with problems with SFP ports, are the problems fixed now?
It is a good option to buy there CRS instead of netgear/tplink manageables gigabit routers with sfp ports?
Right now I’d be careful with the crs. The documentation is really lacking and tons of features aren’t implemented. Until I see a timeline for documentation and a full feature set as promised in holding off on using them.
