Hello. The switch is functional. Unfortunately I cant enter interface because default IP of 192.169.88.1 , as per manual, is not there. Instead is 0.0.0.0. I know this from iphone app which sees the switchi in local network and show this IP. I did reset multiple times, IP not get to default value. How to chance this unusual IP , to be able to eneter the interface ?
Not sure if the iphone app has a ‘discover’ option, but if so, you should be able to connect via the mac address of the switch.
Autodiscovery showing IP address of 0.0.0.0 likely means that the device somehow lost even default config. If everything else fails, get winbox (it’s a windows application, but with some fiddling it runs also in OS X or Linux) … it can connect to MT device via MAC (even if IP is not set-up properly on the device).
