MikroTik CRS326-24S+2Q+RM and QinQ performance

Hi,

I have a simple question. I want to use QinQ with some MikroTik CRS326-24S+2Q+RM switches. As I read I need to use
Bridge VLAN Filtering witch has hardware offloading for the CRS3xx
https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Interface/Bridge#Bridge_VLAN_Filtering

But when I look at the specs of the unit:
https://mikrotik.com/product/crs326_24s_2q_rm#fndtn-testresults
It says:
Switching Non blocking Layer 2 throughput 26015,9kpps 315937,5Mpps
Bridging none (fast path) 37,4 kpps 454.2Mpps

As the CRS3xx does hardware offloading what kind of througput do I need to look? 454Mpps (bridge) or 315937Mpps(layer2)

Thanks in advance,

Tim

Hi Tim,

It will do wirespeed filtering of the SVID (outer tag)

Do you need to filter on the CVID (inner tag) ?

No.
Customers may use every inner tag they like. We will sepperate them with the outer tag. (so if I am correct I need to create for every customer an bridge for the outer tag)

Is it correct that all examples are with innertag filtering?

We will use also normal vlans for our normal operation.

I assume we can mix that without undoing the outer tag sepperation.

If everything is wire speed and we can make qinq without any limitation for the customers, we have an winner!
