Hi guys,
I have a CRS328-24P-4S+ that lost configuration of ports on the bridge. In the process of updating the firmware it froze because even after 30 minutes it still did not finish the process of upgrading. I switched it off and on again and now I cant discover the switch and I cannot reset or even netinstall into it. It powers up and powers devices from PoE but no LAN activity. How do I salvage this switch?
Just happened the same to me. Did you fix it?

I have the same problem.
The user forgot password and i try to reset device.
Try to reset from button with proper procedure. Nothing happens.
Try Netinstall. Can’t boot ethermode via ether 1
Try console. No boot menu.
Any other idea???
