Mikrotik DDNS - does not register A record

Hello Mikrotik Community,

My hAP ac^2 has a problem registering a name in Mikrotik’s DDNS service. “Status” is stuck on “updating”. Resetting the router and enabling and disabling the service from the CLI does nothing.

Someone will tell me what to do to make it work properly ? This is the first time I have such a problem with this service. Everything always worked immediately. Of course, I have a dynamic public IP address. My firewall settings are default after Quick Set with a few rules to accept for my services. I’ve never had to specifically unblock a UDP port that uses DDNS before.

Can anyone help? Support throws up their hands and refers to the distributor/reseller.
