I have a Mikrotik CCR1036 with hotspot installed (+pppoe server etc) and a wireless network with many UBNT hotspots. I use DMA SoftLab as RADIUS software which is installed on an external dedicated web server with linux (Centos) as OS. I connect Mikrotik as pptp client on the server (as usual). My problem is that in DMA there is the ability to have many useful details about the connected users such as: Access point Name, Signal level, SNR, CCQ etc. In order these details to be available, I have to add all of my APs on DMA where I have these choices:
- Name:
- IP address:
- Access mode:
- SNMP
- Mikrotik API
- SNMP community:
- API username:
- API password:
- Description:
Do you have any idea how I am able to connect Centos with Mikrotik in order to use my internal (network) IPs in the above IP address field?
Which Access mode am I able to use? SNMP or Mikrotik API in order to view details of my UBNT devices? (I think SNMP)
