I have asus AP that can be as client and AP at once.
For example in hotel, I just use that asus to be wireless client and at the same time share that wireless to my pc or ipad.

  1. Which mikrotik model support that features.

Another alternative in my mind is by using RouterOS run on top of vmware with two wireless card.

3. How to configure RouterOS with 2 wireless card to do Client and AP

All devices with wifi and at least L4 licence are capable of that. Check the wds mode. But it is generally not recommended as it is a big tradeoff.
