Can i expect customer support from Mikrotik?
I posted 2 questions which are important for me. 2 days ago. No respond. Disappointing.
I use UBNT products also and i getting support from their tech support on UBNT forum.
For official Mikrotik support you need to contact support@mikrotik.com.
Although MT people mingle with the crowds on this forum and support us, it is not the official channel.
I sent email after your reply on support@mikrotik.com
No respond.
Looks like there is NO MIKROTIK CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Not on the forum not on email.
I use a lot of mikrotik products. Now i need help - they are silent. Not cool.

Yea somethimes their customer support and answering customer answers are too slow. Maybe will get answer after one week hopefully. I also posted thread before some day, but still no answer.
I’m also disappointed about the support.. I’m currently waiting for about 1 week and still no response.
You should contact the company you bought your device from. They will provide assistance in your local time zone.
@normis, I already did and there I’m also waiting for a response.
