Mikrotik + Freeradius Session time left for simultaneous-use

Hello guys! I really need helps!

I provide my customers to login 2 devices simultaneously on my hotspot, everything works fine.
EXCEPT! the session time left, it’s not equal between 2 devices in 1 account.

When they lose leases or log out, the time left goes wrong by couples of minute to even weeks!
for instance, user A logged in 2 devices, one lose lease and one remains, the session time left shift!

So, what should I look at first and what should I do?

PS. RouterOS 6.4 + Freeradius 2.1.10

Hello,

did you set up the same time on both devices (MikroTik RouterBoard and FreeRadius)
Perhaps a network integrated NTP would help you out!

As I see it right the MikroTik does the lease time given DHCP part
and the FreeRadius is setting up the certificate lease time is this right?

Yes, I did set up my NTP on both devices.

And, yes, you’re right the mikrotik does the hotspot things and load balance.
the freeradius is for auth only.

Sorry, I’m just a beginner on networking, mikrotik and freeradius :frowning:
What do you suggest me to do, sir?

I think I’ve found the problem.

The radius is fine.

But the Tik is counting time on EACH DEVICES, not username.

How can I fix it?
