Mikrotik FTP users permissions to specific directory ?

Hi, all i’m new in Mikrotik i have 2 questons.

  1. Is there a way to use Mikrotik FTP server, users to be redirected to see specific folder in main directory (or ext. HDD) and main directory to be inaccessible (sys files, backups and ect. to be saved)?
    With scrypt or another way…
    2.If that is posable is there a setings or script that every user have its own folder and all other users can access one public folder accessable from all users ?

For what i find now i can only turn on FTP server acess only main directory in Mikrotik RB and change right to a difrent users to read write and ect. Is that all ?

I hope someone will help me with this.

Not possible, MT router is not fully functional FTP server.

Hm, unfortunately, Mikrotik will not do the job i need.
I wanna use Mikrotik but in this case i have to use 2 devices. Things that i will not gonna do.
I will prefer to setup one Linux machine, more then to use 2 different devices for this simple job.
Is there ideas or intentions in developing such functionality ?

Install full-fledged ftp server.

+1 for adding the ability to specify home directory for each user.
