Would be great to make Routerboard with GEPON OLT functionality with at least two fixed ports or modular one, and if ONUs will be from Mikrotik too, it would be great.
It’s very needed in the life of high-speed internet service providing to compete with cable providers,
wi-fi is not enough it can’t compete in central places of the cities.

On this forum is several topics about olt/onu implementation. Mikrotik not confirmed that they work in this direction.
I think in near future we does not see this product line.

Actual it would be great to see that this Finisar SFP transceivers would be working with RouterOS to surround
the lack of support or better to start the support.
And SWOS on RB260GS
