Mikrotik Groove with very low RX signal

I bought a Mikrotik Groove 52Hpn L3 and I did the upgrade to L4, now it could be an AP.
I had a TP Link 15 dB omni antenna..

Now I am doing test and I am getting very low performance, disconnections and many issues because the RX sensitivity for all device is very very low.

The antenna is working perfectly, if I plug in a PicoStation, I got an increased signal levels.

Here, some configurations:

/interface wireless
set [ find default-name=wlan1 ] antenna-gain=15 band=2ghz-b/g/n country=venezuela disabled=no distance=indoors frequency=2447 hw-retries=4
l2mtu=2290 mode=ap-bridge name=wlan1-recepcion ssid=Recepcion wireless-protocol=802.11
/interface wireless security-profiles
set [ find default=yes ] authentication-types=wpa2-psk eap-methods=“” mode=dynamic-keys supplicant-identity=MikroTik wpa-pre-shared-key=
2304Bubu wpa2-pre-shared-key=xxxxxxxx
add authentication-types=wpa2-psk eap-methods=“” group-ciphers=tkip,aes-ccm management-protection=allowed mode=dynamic-keys name=clientes
supplicant-identity=“” unicast-ciphers=tkip,aes-ccm wpa2-pre-shared-key=xxxxxx
add authentication-types=wpa2-psk eap-methods=“” management-protection=allowed mode=dynamic-keys name=satelital supplicant-identity=“”
wpa2-pre-shared-key=12345678
/interface wireless
add disabled=no l2mtu=2290 mac-address=4E:5E:0C:E1:3C:C5 master-interface=wlan1-recepcion name=wlan2-clientes security-profile=clientes
ssid=Trocadero_Arena wds-cost-range=0 wds-default-cost=0

now the equipment is in my house, in a half-isolated area (no too much wireless networks) and my other Wifis (1.- with picostation HP, 2.- with Mikrotik 751) works fine and get better RX signals.

Now, my wife´s phones is on the same room, about 3 feets away (Mac: 58:A2:…) away and I got the following:
and my Ipad is in another room (about 9 feets away)

[admin@wireless-sala-mikrotik] /interface wireless registration-table> print

INTERFACE RADIO-NAME MAC-ADDRESS AP SIGNAL-STRENGTH TX-RATE UPTIME

0 wlan2-clientes 8C:FA:BA:6E:38:91 no -85dBm@1Mbps 6.0Mbps 59m52s
1 wlan2-clientes 58:A2:B5:D6:FF:01 no -89dBm@HT20-1 58.5… 15m57s

The signal from the devices is very low for the BIG antenna, and the environment

Here, a spectrum scan:

[admin@wireless-sala-mikrotik] /interface wireless> frequency-monitor

Anyone could help me?
All kind of advise will be gratefully

something is definitely wrong, the signals are too weak for devices that are in the same room. did you run the Groove without a connected antenna for some time?

I didn´t. Maybe few seconds for checking the power, but never more that 20 secs…
Could it damage it? (is just a question)

Only if you run with continuous output power for longer time, not for such short moment.

Thank you my friend.
It didn´t run for long time, maybe for short time (seconds) for testing.
I received some equipment the same day, and I plugged some for testing that it power up, just it.

Another idea? Thank you

Hello again… today, looking in internet, I found this: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Wireless_card_diagnostics#DC_shorted_antennas

and my antena, the TPLink 15 dBi omni is NOT shorted, is OPEN. Do I need a lightning arrestor ?

Is my first time I listen it
