Mikrotik hAP AC RB962UiGS-5HacT2HnT Slow switch performace

Hi All
I have the RouterBoard hAP ac RB962UiGS-5HacT2HnT with the firmware type qca9550L version 3.34 and RouterOS 6.38.1

My test setup is a PC with LAN Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I219-V connected at 1Gbps
a Verbatim NAS also connected at 1Gbps

a CableModem Hitron with two Gigabit ports
a Dlink 8 ports Gigabit Switch

When I connect the PC and NAS to the Cablemodem or Dlink Switch, I have a speed transfer near to 20MBps (20 Megabytes per second)

But when I connect the same equipment to the Mikrotik Router and transfer the same data I have a speed transfer near to 10MBps (10 Megabytes per second)

There aren’t any ruler, queues nor filter configured on the Mikrotik router.

Please, do you know how to improve the switch speed?

Which ports are the devices plugged into, specifically? If the switch is used, you should get wire speed.

  • PC is connected to Eth2 (master port): Rate 1Gbps
  • NAS is connected to Eth3: Rate 1Gbps
