use netinstall, search on forum and read the guides for how to use netinstall
one of the main things I have found with netinstall is that it needs 100% transparent layer 2 communication with the device you are trying to install, this means that if you have any virtual adaptors or switch’s etc on the pc from things like a WSL or hyperv installation that you would need to temporarily disable these adapters while performing the netinstall.
Apart from the suggestion to disable ALL physical and virtual interfaces except for that one ethernet port, putting a dumb switch in between or using Linux may help as well (I have 100% success using Linux, Windows more like 10-20%).
