Hey guys. I was wondering if anybody knows if this device works on the Canadian Rogers network?. I was trying to set it up but cannot get any traffic. I was wondering if my config is incorrect or the network is not supported.
Thanks.

What is your APN-Config ?
Is it posible to get the Export ?
/interface lte apn export
[admin@MikroTik] > /interface lte apn export
Good Morning,
Import this APN-Config and assign it to the LTE-Interface
/interface lte apn
add apn=ltemobile.apn name=Rogers

[admin@MikroTik] > ping > www.google.com >
invalid value for argument address:
invalid value of mac-address, mac address required
invalid value for argument ipv6-address
while resolving ip-address: could not get answer from dns server
Do you have a “PIN” for the SIM-Card ?
Maybe that is missing ?
What do the Log says ?
No pin, works with another LTE router just fine.
How can I check the log?
Can you please make a Screenshot of
Menu → IP → Addresses
AND
Menu → LOG

Thank you for the Screenshot’s
I still don’t understand why the interface isn’t up and running!
So you will have to activate LTE-Logging
Go to Menu → System -->> Logging -->> Add Rule (+) -->> Topic LTE -->> Save (press OK)

After that, restart your Router and post the the Screenshot of the LOG again !
For more information:
You can look it up in the Wiki : https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/display/ROS/LTE#LTE-Troubleshooting
Thanks for all the help. Here is the log:
Try this APN:
/interface lte apn
add apn=ltedata.apn name=Rogers2
Added

Yes, finally. thank you!
Your welcome!
Glad i could help =)
P.S: you may want to disable the “LTE” logging, you enable yesterday.
