I just purchased a Mikrotik HAP ax3 and would like to use WifiWave2 with VLANs. I would like to have the 2.4 GHz on a separate VLAN say 10.0.10.x/24 and similarly the 5 GHZ on its own VLAN on a 10.0.20.x/24 with Guest network on 10.0.30.x/24. Any ideas as to how to start. The country setup is for US. I have no configs to post as I just unboxed the device.
VLAN design will depend on what you want to do with VLAN’s, besides this wifiwave2.
3 separate SSID (2.4GHz, 5GHz and 5 GHz-guest) , on 3 separate LAN subnets as you describe, in one device, if that is all, do not need the use of VLAN.
