Mikrotik help needed

My team and I are generally working with Astaro, Cisco, or Palo Alto, but our customer insists on MikroTik.

We have done this in both Astaro and Cisco, but having trouble figuring out MikroTik. Here’s our situation:

2 Cloud Core routers - 1 in each location - need to be site to site tunnels
14 wireless routerboards - for remote office - remote into primary cloud core at primary location

No servers or employees are allowed internet access. Internal VPN access only. (What we have not been able to figure out.)

We did have most of the remote offices up with internet access today, but then the PPOE server crashed on the Cloud Core routers and we have not been able to recover since. We may have to have those replaced. Even after several hardware and software reset commands, we have not been able to get into it.

If anyone can help us with this, you will be deemed awesome.

do a netinstall.

You will need to netinstall. Then install the 6.2 release (it can be found in this forum along with the changelog, it’s not officially released yet). It will more than likely fix your problem with the CCR.

We had problems with 6.1 and a CCR. 6.2 solved that clients issues.
