Someone from the Mikrotik’s staff can confirm that’s the best from this device or this is problem with the software.
When I did some Speedtest and I have 600Mbps, around 520Mbps CPU is going to 95%.

What’s the point than to “have” gigabit port?
You likely have something in your firewall that’s making it CPU-bound and unable to use Fasttrack. If you post your config someone might take a look at it.
Traffic between devices on the switch part of the router.
The point is to go over 100Mbit. As yours do. Would You like it better if all the ports were 100Mbit? Or would You come here to complain there weren’t gigabit?
@anav said it, but to clarify, traffic between wired interfaces in the default configuration’s “LAN” list will go at a full gigabit, being hardware-offloaded.
