Mikrotik Hex S E60iUGS Not Showing Network Speed in App

Hello there, I newly purchased a Mikrotik Hex S E60iUGS but the problem is in the mikrotik home app the device doesn't show up realtime download or upload speed, but in the mikrotik pro app the chart is shown.

All my other Mikrotik devices works well and shows the download and upload speed in the mikrotik home app but somehow this device doesnot.

What may be the issue?

Please help me out.
