I have a running hotspot system on x86 v.3.30. I have some problems with login by cookies. Before some time it works, but something happen and now every time I have to write my username and password to login. The hotspot configuration is set up to login http-chap, cookies and trial. The cookies exist in hotspot system and in iexplorer but doesn’t do anything! Any idea how to fix this problem ?
- Make sure the particular user has cookie at /ip hotspot cookie menu;
- Look at the log print, when user is logging in. Is there any information about cookie usage by the client?
- Maybe client is using different browser or other information was changed.
With 4.10 everything works fine
