I configured a Mikrotik hot spot and added firewall rules to block p2p sites.
But realised when the firewall rules are enabled but dooesn’t get hits.
Any help on this please?.

/ip firewall filter add p2p=all-p2p action=drop
If that is so, it does not work with p2p applications, you will have to drop ports to completely drop p2p traffic and this is sometimes difficult due to torrent applications on different ports.

I would mangle all the WAN connections together and then setup a PCQ queue to dynamically share all the bandwidth between all active users
