I have tower using Hotspot to control users speeds.
all clients are Ubiquiti clients.
I noticed one uses MAC shows up 10x on the hosts page (AH) the IP for the UBNT Client set in router mode.
Then Ill get lots of (AD) or (D) of same MAC but when I lookup the IPs its showing its server IPs for Facebook or other servers out on the Net.
How or why is this happening? How do I stop it?

I can help in a limited fashion. Presuming it is wireless, and you want that mac address gone, may I suggest:
/interface wireless connect-list
add mac-address=00:27:22:CE:F4:00 connect=no
Then wait for someone to complain. 
these are wirelesa off ubiquiti gear. so sorta ethernet connections since they are not on the mikrotik itself
