Hello,
i configured hotspot network with static private ip configured at user end
and they are getting authenticated by custom portal
Once authenticated, user gets 1:1 NAT with specific pool
Now for some of the users i am not getting host entry in IP>Hotspot>Host
and if i ping to those specific users IP from Mikrotik i am getting reply from another ip
which is supposed to associate with users post authentication
this issue start with one users and gradually it increases to multiple user
and the strange thing is on disabling/enabling hotspot service or changing the IP of user issue gets resolved but it impact on other users services
also i observed one error on this event occurrence log: “Internal Error:Fail to grant access”
