So we are using VISP as our CRM and billing provider, but I have to say that their support has been less than acceptable at this point. We are attempting to get location ID’s setup so that customers can choose packages based on their location. What I want to know is if I have to use the WiFi Signup Server or not? I understand that the login.html file which sits on the Mikrotik device contains the location ID, but how does their WiFi Signed Setup page know one ID from another if they are telling me to insert the same location ID into their signup page? From my understanding, their WiFi Signup Page is only good for one location.
If anyone else has experience with VISP and their convoluted setup, any assistance would be appreciated.
