hello everyone I have a problem with a rb600 mikrotik, when i turned on the two leds (blue and green) always are on, and i tied to connect via serial port hyperterminal connection and appears the message:

RouterBoard 600
CPU frequency: 400 MHz
Memory size: 64 MB
Press any key within 2 seconds to enter setup..
kernel not found
Please, check ethernet cable…
Ethernet link absent…
trying bootp protocol…
…
… failed
kernel loading failed
so if you know how install the kernel I´ll be glad
