we have this mikrotik L009UiGS product we have tried to setup or access inside the router we have Authentication failed
i have also tried the password we have ON the sticker all it didn’t work

Be careful with that sticker password.
Recently it has been changed in an attempt to remove all ambiguous characters but before you could easily mistake 0 or O (zero and capital o), I or l (capital i and lowercase l), …
Even when the MAC address properly shows striked zero, it could be in the password it still is a zero instead of O (been there, done that, saw it happening …)
Try all possible combinations.
What also helps, take a picture of that label with your smartphone and set zoom to at least 3x.
Besides that, MikroTik have also stated on this forum that you can ask the password at your distributor/seller.
I assume it will then be provided in a mail or so, and this problem with recognizing the characters does not exist because you can cut/paste it.
