i m going to register my mikrotik router for license 4 to use the custom frequency ( extra channels ) and user-manager
but i didnt understand in this page :

what does the 10 (v3 10) means ?

The first Number ist User manager active sessions in the Version 2.x and
the second Number ist User manager active sessions in the Version 3.x from RouterOS

skynoc, just to be sure you get this right:
Level 4 does NOT give you extra-channel license automatically. This is an extra frequency that can be purchased as add-on to ANY software level.
But you cannot purchase it the “normal” way - contact sales@mikrotik.com for that topic.
