We not have that information at public documentation to be sure.
If you use a stable channel and not have a healt info, then please write directly to MikroTik as support@mikrotik.com or http://help.mikrotik.com

Please be more specific - which device are you using (SN would be the best), what RouterOS version? If you see some abnormal behaviour after updating the device to latest version (software caused malfunction), for faster solution and debugging, you can write to support@mikrotik.com

Only if you go to health tab its completely empty

I not have access to any LHGGR unit and cannot test for confirmation for you.
You have ARM 64bit at CPU 88F3720 but I cannot found any exaples at forum with health status.
