Mikrotik Login using Microsoft IAS?

Dear All,

Is there somebody help me find some way out. How to login to mikrotik router combined with microsoft IAS as the user manager using microsoft IAS to log on to mikrotik routerboard ?
i’ve tried many ways to sync the mikrotik Radius client to Microsoft IAS , but meet the dead end. (no solution)

I have about 50 setup to auth login over an openvpn tunnel to freeradius which proxies the request to a 2008 AD server. There really wasnt much to it.
