Mikrotik Loss Of Connection And Queues Until Reboot

I just installed a mikrotik OS on a server with Gigabit interface and 12 CPUs. I placed in about a thousand two hundred queues to manage the bandwidth utilization. CPU process after that is between 12% to 21% and memory is barely touched. Everything works perfectly with bandwidth applied as i want.
The problem is the Mikrotik OS seems to freeze at a point. You can not ping all connected interface IP addresses and connection to it appears to just stops even with direct connection (Can not login in with winbox, telnet or ssh). The graphs of the queues on the browser also do not show. After a reboot everything appears to be fine till it happens again. Logs do not show any malicious activities since I have blocked all that on the firewall. Logs just show the recent login and restart.

Any ideas as to why this is happening??? and how i could stop it??

I got it solved. I updated the OS and everything seems to work fine after that.
