I was disassembling my ltap lte6 and the aux antenna port ripped off the pad. Looking at the pad there are 3 solder points…am i able to just solder the pigtail directly to the board or do i need to worry about those 3 pads doing different things
Strictly a guess,
Two are likely ground, one RF..
Assuming no other damage, why not solder the port back on instead?
Connection is currently inside pigtail. Ill attempt to remove tonight but it wasnt 100 percent clear how connect is made. There is a plastic piece that covers the connections making it somewhat unhelpful. Was hoping there might be some prior knowledge on how to resolve.. figured rf ports should be straightforward…
