I have a Mikrotik Metal 2hspn that seems to have issue. it was config as a hotspot provider and it stop working. i can’t find any ip registered from the DHCP server, winbox can’t even pick up the mac or ip of the device.. plugging it to the switch has detection going on but no traces. does this mean the device is dead? please help experts.
