We have a need to interconnect several enterprise networks, all with their own H.323 networking, subnetting and security policies, so using NAT is the only solution. We have no problems with border routers of some other vendors, but It seems that under NO circumstances MikroTik’s H.323 helper replaces some IP addresses in Q.931 SETUP messages, exactly mediaChannel and mediaControlChannel IP addresses. The result is one-way RTP stream. Also I could not find any description on functionality of H.323 helper nor examples of its usage in production networks. Usually you can only find recommendations to shut it down, but my point is to make it working or to become convienced that it is impossible. I will apprecite any help you could provide.
