recently i bought MikroTik NetMetal 5
in wireless interface tab I can’t see wireless interface i upgraded to latest version and reset the configuration but not solved
please help me
hi, 1. Do a button reset: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Password_reset
2. check instalation: system/packages/ check instalation.
From there you can enable and disable packages. Swich all to enable and check them.
If there is no errors but not working
3. then reinstall with netinstall:http://download2.mikrotik.com/routeros/6.28/netinstall-6.28.zip

I bought 12 netmetal, 4netbox and upgrade all , but 4 netmetal and 1 netbox after upgrade lost wlan interface.
in package list wireless is enable
for fix them i use netinstall 5.28 but not fix and wlan is unavailable.
please help me what i do

Please check if the wireless-FP package is enabled:
/system package print
If the package is disabled do:
/system package enable wireless-fp
and reboot the board:
/system reboot
sorry. dear paulsmt i have question: when i enable wireless-fp package, wireless package must be enable or disable?
