Mikrotik Newb LF Simple Queue Help

Hello,

As the subject states, I am a newb using a RB2011UiAS-IN. I need to configure bandwidth management and I understand that Simple Queues make this possible.

I have watched multiple videos concerning simple queue configuration, but I seem to be missing something.

Internet Service: 150Mbps
Mikrotik RB2011UiAS-IN: 192.168.1.1
Ubiquiti Rocket M2 AP: 192.168.1.2
Dell Workstation: 192.168.1.3

What I need to do is limit the bandwidth for every IP between 192.168.1.4/254.

I understand that I need create a Parent queue with the total bandwidth available that encompasses the entire network such as 192.168.1.0/24. At this point, I do not know how to configure the next queue that would manage the bandwidth from IPs 192.168.1.4 to 192.168.1.254. Would the address range be entered as 192.168.1.4/24 or 192.168.1.4/32?

Would someone please help me configure this second queue?

This turned out to be a queue problem. My queues weren’t working and then started working after I deleted and re-created the queues. I thought I wasn’t creating the queues correctly.
