NAND != RAM

The RB450Gx4 has 1GB RAM and 512MB NAND.

Would be nice to get LHg60g

  • new, improved SXT LTE kit with two Ethernet ports

Same price but …inferior…:frowning:

Wow.. The hEX S is cool, cheap and powerful. Great job…

But wow.. RB450Gx4 has it all.. and $99… Wow, wireline speeds even with firewall, NAT and medium size packets.. Same form factor as the 450.. SD card.. tons of NAND for partitions… Serial port..

DAMN !!!..

$99… Wowee… Way to set standards for the industry..

Do I win a free trip to a MUM conference if I point out the fact that the picture of San Jose Costa Rica is quite funny and inaccurate LOL?
San Jose is the capital of Costa Rica and is in the middle of the country. There isn’t an ocean on its doorstep… still laughing.
But yes I will gladly take my free airplane ticket and hotel room please!!

Here is the fact!

Here is the Fake News…

The prices are great.

What bothers me is the taxes my country charges. :frowning:

But use same CPU SoC (like wAP 60G AP) without wireless, usb,
only won a serial interface … great exchange …

Tell me about it. Rule of thumb is: Suggested price: US$ 100,00 - Brazilian price: US$ 200,00 to US$ 300,00.

Good catch, somebody forgot to exchange the image  Not a free trip, but a free MUM ticket for any upcoming event (lunch and license included). Email me for more details

Yes, hope MT stops recycling those old modems, and give us some LTE product with LTE 6+ category

What do you guys mean? It is much better than SXT LTE first generation:

“In comparison with our first generation model RBSXTLTE3-7, the SXT LTE kit is powered by faster CPU and supports not only LTE with more speeds, but also 2G (international model only) and 3G, as well as much wider band range.” Supports bands “1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 20, 38 and 40” and “2, 4, 5 and 12” for US.

Yes, but today nearly every cheap smartphone supports LTE-A at 1000Mbps/150Mbps down/up and you are still using old 150/50 modems. What about LTE bridge mode, is it supported now with SXT LTE kit?

That is beyond the point. Saying “inferior” compared to previous model is simply incorrect.

This is not the place to complain about that. Some countries have a policy like that, e.g. to
promote local production of equipment or to finance other unrelated expenses made by the government.
Remember on a low price you pay less taxes, so you are still better off than when you buy expensive
equipment from another manufacturer…

You are correct, I think he (the user from Brazil) just used the wrong english word.

I like the continuing migration from “passive PoE” towards “802.3 af/at”!
Keep it going, guys!

In fact this is not a migration but an additional feature as passive PoE is still supported.

Sadly hAP ac² missed the upgrade. :frowning:
