Hi,
What is the PPS of Cloud Core Router 1036-8G-2S+ ?. 24 million packets per second or 42 million packets per second ?

CCR1036-8G-2S+ throughput is up to 42 million packets per second at the moment.

We just received our first two CCR-1036-8G-2S+

The “at the moment” comment sounds like Mikrotik will be improving this soon

They really exist:

Is there any color more beautiful than Aqua?

The raspberry pink OM4 fibre looks pretty nice

Antique console ports on the top product line while low budget products have RJ45. I don’t get it.

“GrooveA-52HPn now ships with 2.4Ghz Omni antenna”, but are with L3 license (no AP) what I missing?
Opsss, Groove without A is L3 , this is GrooveA and is L4 and have AP-mode

And still no sign of the once advertised Cloud Router Switch… :frowning:
I guess the CCRs are binding to many development ressources for anything else to be done.

I’d rather see the 1009 available.

I always had issues with this kind of marketing and really like how Apple and Blizzard are handling things. Apple announces stuff and a week later you can place your order. Blizzard releases on a “it’s done when it’s done” policy.

Others tell you about their latest, greatest, game-changing products and may even tell you in which quarter they’re planned to be available but consequently miss their targeted schedule and also fail to inform customers in time. In those cases I’d rather know nothing about those products at all. It’s also hurting sales as people tend to hold back their money because they’re waiting for the new stuff…

You can’t compare these to MT. In case of MT there are middle man - distributors, that have (should have) lots of stuff in storage and they need a heads up to adjust to new situation in market, plan resources and plan next orders.

I think original problem is that this information always leaks out to public, so MT have no other option than announce it to everybody.

Availabillity for distributors and customer is one thing, the absolute lack of any information since the official anouncement in the newsletter another.

I do not know if it will translate properly, but one wise man sad: “it better to spend time doing “the thing”, that to spend time talking about doing “the thing”.”

At least I understand that tranlation, as we have a nearly identical version of it in german.

I see MT updatet the Routerboard pages with the CRS models, very appreciated.
I can’t wait to get further info, i.e. hardware info(switch chip) topology, L3 features etc.
