Mikrotik not saving my backups

Dear all

I have thus device CRS328-24P-4S+Cloud Router Switch, CRS112-8P-4S-IN Cloud Router Switch, hEX PoE RB960PGS, hEXs RB760iGShEXs RB760iGS working as a switch and all of them are connected to RB5009UG+S+
now if I make backup for all them except RB5009UG+S+ the devices not saving my backups after rebooting it’s just disappears
any idea please

How are you creating the backups and where do you think they are saved?

Some CPU architectures use two disks, a volatile one (in RAM) and a non-volatile one on the flash. On these, you have to use flash/ as a prefix of the file name to tell RouterOS to store the file on the non-volatile disk.
