mikrotik on other devices?

Hi.
i use mikrotik, only software..
i would like to ask you if you know router (no routerboard with mikrotik pre-installed), like d-link, linksys or others where I can put mikrotik software..

i need a gsm/gprs router with mikrotik…
i can’ use a pc because this installation will be done al 2.000 mt on a mountain without current electrical worker, but only a solar panel..
i don’t know where find it.

I’ve been wondering the same thing -

I’ve found a router that has a similar processor architecture to the Mikrotik routerboards, so in the coming week I’m going to see if I can do a remote install on that router.

You can use the old Wrap board (http://www.pcengines.ch/wrap.htm) or
were to the successors ALIX board on the market are.
(http://www.pcengines.ch/alix.htm)

or you use equal a RB 532/RB 333 cost nearly the same and the Level4 license are already inclusive.

This was a good question. I’d like to flash all my leftover devices to MT. Imagine these Karlnet devices put to good use…
