Mikrotik OS router License recovery

when my hard-disk is crash how to recover License from this hard disk.

contact support@mikrotik.com, only they can help you with licensing issues. Even if you had the license key backup up, it is tied to a specific hard drive, you would need to contact them to get it moved to another drive.

What do you mean by “hard disk crash”? How does this happen exactly? I suggest using good brand hard drives. They work for 10 years and nothing can “crash”.

10 years. No way. Never had a hard drive last that long.

Unfortunately even top of the line hard drives can crash - really you should be replacing every 3-5 years depending on the work cycle they go through (talking mechanical drives here). Although if service was mission critical OP should have had RAID/Backups/Redundancy.
