ROS v2.9 is installed on a PC and enabled as a PPTP server. I have created a PPP profile (I have attached a sshot). Do not want to use encryption to preserve bandwith as much a possible. On the other side I have installed DD-WRT v24 sp1 on Linksys Wrt54GL. In PPTP client settings I have left the setting MPPE Encryption blank so I suppose it will not use any during the session. Have authorized with PAP protocol and the link is working fine with no packet loss, but when I use it in general it is slow for some operations, like folder browsing and file copying. When I examine the log of Miktrotik (have hooked up a screenshot) I see it says deflate 16 and mpppe 1. So I think is it a problem with dd-wrt, must I set some other settings or something I must do on ROS.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
I have tested the setup with two v2.9 ROS at two different locations. The server location has 256KB uplink, and the client location has 64 KB upload of ADSL connection. When I create a PPP profile on a PPTP server ROS and check no encryption, set the static routes the connection between pc’s in the intranet works rather ok. I needed to install a printer via IP in a RDP session between a XP and W2k3 and I managed to succesfully install the driver.
When I setup a client of DD-WRT as the client to replace on ROS PC I manage to setup the connection, the transfer rate is little slower but I cannot install a printer on the same server to the XP client, i takes too long to connect to the printer.
Is there any setting to the dd-wrt to fix this issue or any idea?
Thanks in advance.
